Good Wood by Leisure Arts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and PayPal.

Good Wood by Leisure Arts orders ship from Eugene, Oregon in the United States. For international shipments, we ship to most countries of the world by way of the United States Postal Service. For a full listing, check the USPS Country Listing.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
- Due to a high order volume and extra safeguards in our partner distribution centers due to the Covid-19 crisis, your package may take just a little longer to ship. Once it does ship you will receive tracking information.
- All domestic orders will ship within 72HRS excluding weekends and holidays and are currently shipped the following ways: Flat Rate (USPS Media Mail), UPS ground, or Second day air.
- Pricing is determined at the time of ordering based on the estimated weight of the products you've selected and the destination.
- All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Good Wood by Leisure Arts is not responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred.
- Ground shipments have no guaranteed delivery time. Most packages within the continental US arrive within 4-7 days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and non-state US possessions may vary. In general, a package can not be reported as lost until 15 days past its expected arrival.
- APO and FPO shipments vary greatly in delivery times and do not allow for delivery confirmation. Because of this, Good Wood by Leisure Arts is not responsible for lost packages sent to military addresses.
- Good Wood by Leisure Arts is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
- Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.
- If your package is returned, Good Wood by Leisure Arts will notify you via email if a phone number is not provided in your account. If you've not responded within 7 business days, we will cancel the order and refund you for the product.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
- We ship all international packages via US Postal Service First Class Mail (under 4lbs) or Priority Mail (4lbs and over).
- Good Wood by Leisure Arts calculates your shipping charge based on the total weight of your package, including box weight and the distance it travels. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of your order or the quantity of your items in your order. There is a nominal handling fee added in the cost of shipping charges.
- If you would like to know the shipping and handling cost of your order, prior to submitting your order, simply place items into your cart and proceed to the check out. Your shipping and handling charges will be calculated for you before you pay for your order.
- Good Wood by Leisure Arts can not be responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage. Please check with your local Customs Office for an estimate of charges on your order.
- By default, our customs forms will be filled out with a general description. The total actual value of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law and insurance guidelines.
- While USPS is very reliable, the United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates.
- The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries. Therefore, we cannot track lost or delayed packages. Good Wood by Leisure Arts will provide shipping dates, the weight of your package and customs information. For some countries, an order may take up to 90 days to arrive.
- Good Wood by Leisure Arts is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
- Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.
SECOND-DAY AIR
Second-Day Air deliveries generally arrive within 2 days, depending on shipping date; for orders received Friday through Sunday and or on holidays, shipments usually take an extra 1 to 2 days.
RETURNS
At Good Wood by Leisure Arts, delighting customers with the highest quality products and services is our number one priority. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of any physical product from the Good Wood by Leisure Arts website, we will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of that product within 30-days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, simply use this link Customer Service Form to complete our customer service form, and include your InvoiceID and the product title you'd like refunded and we will reverse the charge on your account.
We do not accept returns for downloaded material. However, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact Customer Service. Notification of any issues must occur within 10 calendar days of the original sale.
How do I return an item? Before returning an item, please call 541-762-0182 Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PST) and inform us of the situation. When returning an item, pack it securely in a sturdy box along with a copy of the packing slip (or invoice). You may be able to reuse the box we shipped the item to you in provided the box is in good condition. Good Wood by Leisure Arts is not responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns of merchandise.
